Four Phase Reset
This 2-day phase involves a gentle cleanse & eating simple foods to prepare the body for better absorption & improved digestion.
Your personalized meal plan starts lasting for a minimum of 2 weeks. Specific guidance on nutritious meals provided.
Additional foods are added to your meal plan alongside the potential for a treat meal once a week.
You continue to use your body cues & follow the principles of the program to maintain the benefit received during the plan.
